Henry Pye is a senior and founding full stack software engineer with a decade of experience building production systems across the UK, Netherlands, and United States. His work focuses on systems where data integrity, realtime events, and strong engineering principles are critical — designing end-to-end, shipping under pressure, and staying close to the product. Outside of professional work, he builds open source tools, produces community events, and enjoys the outdoors.
His core engineering is full-stack, with equal attention to UI design fundamentals, backend architecture, and platform engineering — pipelines, observability, infrastructure, and database design — finding that they complement each other and lead to stronger systems. He builds open source apps focused on education and tooling, and is deeply interested in human-like AI interactions and using LLMs to accelerate learning across different styles.
